DELIVERY POLICY We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the delivery address stated by you in your order. For orders where all the products are in stock, the order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once products have been dispatched, they normally arrive in 2 - 3 business days, depending on your delivery address. Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsibility of the carrier. We reserve the right to send products in separate packages to ensure a faster delivery service. We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date, once the order has been placed with the carrier. We do not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control, once the order has been placed with the carrier.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the later of: (a) delivery of the products; and (b) receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges). We will be entitled to recover payment for the products even where ownership has not passed to you.
ORDER CANCELLATION Once your order has been placed with us and payment has been made, you may not cancel, change or stop your order or payment.
REFUNDS To keep our prices low and because of COVID & other communicable diseases, we cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. It is your responsibility to check & recheck your order before purchasing. We cannot issue a refund because you purchased the wrong color, style, item, etc.
