Is Buying Online Safe? Our website is protected with an SSL certificate. It serves as a digital “passport” that allows data to be transmitted over secure networks – protecting financial and credit card transactions, signups, web access to mail & sensitive information. It authenticates and encrypts the data transferred through the website to the server.
Shipping Fees Shipping rates start at $12.50 per order for any package shipped within the continental US that weigh 1 pound or under. If your package weighs more than 1 pound the price for shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. Shipping charges are added when you proceed to check out from your shopping cart. The website does not calculate shipping based on weight so when your order is received and invoiced we will adjust the shipping price according to the package weight.
Do You Offer Upgraded Shipping? Yes. Upgraded shipping options are also available. We offer DHL Express, UPS Next Day Air AM, Saturday Delivery, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air Select. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once packages have left our facility.
Do You Ship Internationally? No, at this time shipping is only available within the USA.
Returns/Refund Policy To keep our prices low, & because of COVID & other communicable diseases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. It is your responsibility to check all items Upon Receipt for defects, miss-mates, fabric, size & color. *NOTE* Please check & recheck your order before purchasing. We cannot issue a refund or exchange because you purchased the wrong color, style, item, etc.
Order Cancellation Once your order has been placed with us and payment has been made, you may not cancel, change or stop your order or payment.
Returning Defective Items You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the Damaged or Defective Item for a return exchange authorization number (REA#). Orders returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, processed or refunded. Replacement items will be for exact same item, style, color and size. We will send a replacement for the same item originally ordered, after we receive the defective item back from you. The original item must be returned within 2 business days, in the original undamaged packaging, with tags & unused. Be sure to include pictures of the defective item, a description of how the item is defective, the product’s style number and your invoice number. You must pay shipping to return the item & it will be refunded to you after the transaction is complete. We will pay shipping to send you the correct item.
Items cannot be returned in ANY type of envelope because of possible damage in shipping. You must use the box it was shipped to you in or a similar sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing material. If a returned item is damaged because of shipping in an improper container your return will not be processed.
Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.
Damaged items will need to be returned so please do not discard them.

Incorrect Orders Received If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item due to an error on our behalf, we will send a replacement for the same item originally ordered, after we receive the incorrect order back from you. Shipping Address Errors Orders will be shipped to the address you provide on your order form. Please double check your shipping address listed at checkout. We cannot offer shipping refunds, or pay additional shipping charges, for orders shipped to the wrong address. Orders lost in transit due to the wrong shipping address cannot be refunded. Lost package claims must be filed with the shipper. We are not responsible for orders once placed with a shipping company.
Product Sizing Please read the item's description for measurements & full item info. It is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to read the product description. As all head/body sizes and shapes vary, the measurements listed in the item's description are the best way to determine what the actual size of the piece will be on you. We recommend measuring yourself against the size of the piece you are interested in prior to purchase. We cannot refund or exchange items where the customer did not read the product's size prior to purchase. Product Colors Please read the item's description for colors & full item info. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the product description. As all colors vary by item, the colors listed in the item's description are the best way to determine what the actual color of the piece will be. We cannot refund or exchange styles where the customer did not read the product's color prior to purchase. Due to manufacturer dye-lot variations, colors may vary slightly from order to order. All lengths and sizes noted are approximate and may vary slightly. Images depicted on the website are often enlarged to show detail and may be subject to photographic distortion. Please pay attention to size descriptions! Individual monitor settings may alter the colors depicted. Natural items such as feathers, freshwater cultured pearls, and shells will vary from piece to piece because of the nature of natural things. When in doubt, please email us with any questions prior to purchase.
Do Your Products Use Real Pearls, Crystals, etc.? In many of our products, real freshwater pearls and Austrian crystals or rhinestones are used. If this is the case, it will be noted in the products online description. If it does not specifically say, "freshwater" pearl, real pearls were not used. Beads that resemble pearls will be described as "pearls", "faux pearls" or "pearl beads", but are not genuine. Glass beads cut into a crystal shape will be called "crystals" but when Cubic Zirconia (CZ), Austrian crystals or rhinestones are used, this will be noted in the product's online description. For our "silver" pieces, these are either silver plated or rhodium plated and this does not mean they are .925 sterling silver.
Do You Sell Gold or Gold Plated Items? No, we only sell silver plated, rhodium plated or .925 Sterling Silver products. It will be stated in the product description what metals have been used. Products ARE NOT .925 sterling silver unless stated in description.
Is There A Minimum Order Requirement? No. There is no minimum order amount required. Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation? Email confirmations are sent to you after your order has been placed and shipped. We will also send email notifications if there are any problems in processing your order.
